This machine is used for manufacturing of pipes by winding of specific grade fiber, requires highly synchronized speed of linear & rotary axes. The mandrel is rotated at a feed rate programmed by operator and the veil is wound around the mandrel by linear motion of veil assembly. The angle for feeding the veil is also programmable. All these 3 axis are controller servo drive interface with Asia Automation PLC.
